How much do interview room recording systems cost?
This, of course, is always one of the first questions you want to know when it’s time for you to replace your aging recording system. Here at Precise Digital, I’d imagine we receive this question hundreds and hundreds of times a year, likely within the first couple of minutes of any conversation or demonstration.
We get it. Price matters (along with several other factors). Often times you have to work within a budget or you got approved for a grant and now it’s time to make the move.
Price certainly dictates the type of system you can afford and you want to get the most bang for your buck.
As you might imagine, though, the problem with answering this question is the fact that there are several factors that go into pricing an interview room recording system.
Still, I’ll give you some realistic price ranges as to what most organizations will spend. Please remember that these prices are “average” and can vary drastically depending on the product, region, company, etc.
Before we start, we’re going to go with the following assumption:
A high percentage of interview room installs are four (4) rooms or less per location. I’ll provide a price range for all four installation sizes, one room to four rooms
How much does a typical Interview Room Recording System cost?
Most interview room recording systems cost between $7,600–$40,000. Quite a spread huh? Let’s find out why.
