What RAID options does InVidia SRx have?

The InVidia SRx recorder provides several different RAID options.

  • RAID 0 – Requires a minimum of 2 drives
  • RAID 1 – Mirroring.  Requires a minimum of 2 drives
  • RAID 5 – Striping. Requires a minimum of 3 drives
  • RAID 10 – Mirroring and Striping. Requires a minimum of 4 drives

You can also elect not to have RAID drives altogether.  In this case, if you have two drives then InVidia SRx will write to the 1st drive until it gets full and then it will write to the 2nd drive.
